This unit is somewhat quieter than my older dehumidifier in a somewhat smaller package. It has the typical bells and whistles of other dehumidifiers I've owned. The controls are easy to understand as long as you read the manual once. This unit does not have wifi controls or monitoring, but I don't care about that. My only beef about the design is that the air intake is on the backside of the unit so the front is nice and pretty.

I’ve had this dehumidifier for about six months now, and I’ve been really impressed by how well it works! I live in a studio, and the bathroom has no window or real vent, so my whole apartment would get so stuffy after a shower. It would steam up even if I boiled a pot of water in the kitchen.
